I had the pleasure of spending a week at the Hacienda, and I must say, it exceeded my high expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff ensured our comfort, even offering the spa for my mother and me to change into our wedding attire before our room was ready. We were pleasantly surprised to find our luggage already placed in our beautifully appointed room upon our late return, a thoughtful gesture that truly made us feel welcomed. The room featured a cozy sitting area with a view of the garden, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while surrounded by nature. The air conditioning was just what we needed to cool off after a day of exploring, maintaining a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the friendly and accommodating nature of the staff-especially Rosario-made our stay unforgettable. I am undoubtedly looking forward to my next visit to this wonderful oasis just a short trip from Mexico City.
